Suzanne Lacy, one of today’s leading feminist artists, presents Birlikte/Togæther at the Sakıp Sabancı Museum from September 12 through December 14, 2025, with the support of the Sabancı Foundation.
The exhibition spans a wide selection of work, tracing Lacy’s practice from early investigations of the body and gender to large-scale, socially engaged projects realized with the voluntary participation of hundreds of women.
Lacy will speak about her volunteer-based, participatory art practice in a conversation with Ahu Antmen, Manager of the Sakıp Sabancı Museum.
*The talk will be in English, with simultaneous interpretation.
